Brainstorming Sessions every working Saturday

 We can keep every Saturday half n hr for brainstorming sessions.

 Each Saturday one department can have a brainstorming session with its team along

with tea and snacks

 This Session will include discussion with team regarding their new ideas,

achievement, motivation, understanding difficulties faced by them in doing any

particular work.
 Brainstorming remains the greatest and the most effective way to generate new
ideas.
 Yes, brainstorming sessions are loud and chaotic. Also, many a time these sessions
wouldn’t give productive ideas.
 But it still remains one of the best employee engagement activities. Why?
 Encourages critical thinking and out-of-the-box ideas.

 Also, it helps in team building.

 Furthermore, you get a diverse range of ideas.

 Brings out the introverted employees out of their shell and encourages them to

contribute.

Greeting for the day!!!

Hope this new year is going well for all of you!!!

We are planning for new things in this new year. We will start brainstorming session for
individual teams once in every month. So this month we have seclude for this Saturday(12 th
jan ,2019).
Timing: 4 pm to 5pm
You can sit with your whole team together during this time duration and have a
brainstorming session along with tea and snacks. The main purpose of this session is as
follow:

 Encourages critical thinking and out-of-the-box ideas.

 Knowing their current difficulties and hurdle

 Team building.

 Motivation

 Understanding individuals

 To know diverse range of ideas within team members.

 Brings out the introverted employees out of their shell and encourages them to

contribute.

At the end we will close the session with a small quiz round to encourage them for

knowledge development and knowledge sharing.

Let’s start some positive change from the beginning of the year itself.
