CIRCULAR FOR CLASSES 5 TO 9 (Ac Year 2018-2019)

Dear Parents,

Kindly take note,

1. Fee structure for the Academic Year 2019-2020 is as indicated below –

Classes Term Fee payable twice a year


Monthly Tuition Fee
(In June & in December)
Police Category: Rs 830/- Police Category: Rs 830/-
Classes 5 to 10
General Category: Rs 3300/- General Category: Rs 3300/-

 First Term fee and Tuition fees for the months of June, July and August must be
paid in June by cheque before the school reopens (Not applicable for Class 8).
Note: The school reopens for the Academic Session 2019-2020 on 10th June
2019.

 Schedule given in the School Calendar must be followed for payment of fees for
remaining months.

 Tuition fees for the months of March, April and May must be paid in March by
cheque by 10:00 a.m on 11th March 2020.
Cheque may be dropped into the drop box placed in the watchman's cabin only from the
1st to the specific date of due month irrespective of holidays.

Parents of Classes 5 to 7 and Classes 9 and 10 of Academic Year 2019-2020 may make
payment of fees through Paytm. Parents of Class 8 (Academic Year 2019-2020) may
avail the facility after students’ Unique ID is generated by the school.

2. Online registration & admission schedule for Classes 2 to 9 of Academic Year 2018-2019
is as given-

3. Computer Fee

For the Academic Year 2019-2020, a one – time payment of Rs 600/- by cheque must be
made at the School Office by 10th June 2019. The cheque must be drawn in favour of
“Thane Police School – Computer”.

4. School will re-open for the Academic Year 2019-2020 on 10th June 2019.
Those availing school bus services will have only drop facility on the re-opening day.
Students of parents who have not cleared the fees as per the schedule or by the first week
of June 2019 will be allowed to avail bus facility only after the clearance of bus fees.
5. Students must report to school in complete school uniform on all working days.
Samples of the regular school uniforms and P.E. uniforms are on display on the notice
board outside the school office. Recommended with the
 P.E. uniform is navy blue canvas shoes with laces (Brand - Bata) and
 regular school uniform is black all season shoes with lace.
Uniform and shoes other than the pattern recommended by the school will not be
permitted.
6. Books must be purchased as per the book list provided on the Result Declaration
Day (30/04/2019).
Note: The school has neither recommended a specific shop nor does it
promote any shop for the purchase of stationery and books.

7. Details of Hobby Classes are put up on the notice board outside the school office.
Registrations for the same may be done at the school office.

8. Self - assessment sheets will be sent to students to keep them connected with basic rules
of Grammar and basic concepts of Mathematics.

Parents are expected to attend the session/s in the best interest of their children.

Entry into the auditorium will not be allowed after the session has begun. Hence,
