That this DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and executed by:

"BUYER/S".

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Pag-IBIG Fund has an inventory of real estate properties


covered by defaulted Contracts-to-Sell (CTS) assigned to Pag-IBIG Fund by
accredited developers pursuant to Deeds of AssignmenUDeeds of ASSignment
with Special Power of Attorney, as security for the housing loans of CTS buyers
with Pag-IBIG Fund.

WHEREAS, for and in consideration of an amount certain paid,


___________________ , an accredited developer,
executed a Deed of Assignment with Special Power of Attorney in favor of the
Pag-IBIG Fund, dated , assigning to the latter a Contract to
Sell over a property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T- _
{or CCT No. , if a condominium unit} in the name of the developer.
The Contact to Sell is dated , duly acknowledged before a notary

WHEREAS, the aforementioned Deed of Assignment specifically


authorizes the Pag-IBIG Fund to cancel the corresponding Contract to Sell in
case of default by the BUYER therein and to subsequently sell the subject
property as the developer's attorney-in-fact.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the Special Power of Attorney mentioned above,


the Pag-IBIG Fund has offered to sell and the herein BUYER has offered to

purchase the property covered by TCT/CCT No. , subject to the
terms and conditions herein after set forth.
WHEREAS, the BUYER has paid in full the purchase price and has fully
settled/complied with all his/her obligations under this Deed / Deed of
Conditional Sale.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of

acknowledged by the Pag-IBIG Fund, the SELLER, through the Pag-IBIG

free from any and all liens and encumbrances, except those which are duly
annotated thereon.

The property subject of this Deed has been sold on an "as is, where is"
basis, which means that the BUYER accepted the property in its present
condition without warranty and with the understanding that the BUYER has
assumed the risk arising from the condition of the unit.

All expenses for the registration of this Deed of Absolute Sale, including
the payment of documentary stamp tax and other expenses incidental to the
transfer of title to the BUYER/S shall be borne by the BUYER/S.

In case of difference/dispute between the PARTIES in relation to the


enforcement of their respective rights arising from this contract, the proper suit
shall be instituted exclusively in the proper courts of (Makati City or if the sale is
done by the branch, place of business of the branch concerned.)
