2017 PRE-BAR REVIEW PROGRAM

I. Pre-Bar & Pre-Week Review Schedule

See attached tentative schedule. Notices/changes in the schedule shall be posted in

the ALS Website and Pre-Bar Review Bulletin Board located near the entrance of the
Basement Auditorium.

II. Fees

The Bar Review Registration Fee (P34,975.00) covers both the Pre-Bar and Pre-Week
program, 1 set of Summer Reviewer and the Pre-Week Notes (formerly Bar Ops Notes).
Lecture materials, however, shall be made available for sale upon the advice of the
lecturers.

Release of Summer Reviewer will be announced by the Bar Ops Team.

III. Facilities

Lectures Rooms: Basement Auditorium (B1) and Veritas Room (4th Floor)
Study Rooms: Rooms 301 & 304 (June 13 to July 31, 2017 - 7:00am to 3:00am)
(August to November 2017 - 9:00p.m. – 10:00a.m.) including Holidays
and Sundays), APS Library (9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.)

IV. Rules and Regulations

1. The Student is reminded of his/her agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of the
Ateneo Law School.
2. The following may merit immediate dismissal; drunkenness, stealing, immorality, carrying
of deadly weapons, contempt or repeated violation of rules. No refund of tuition is made
upon dismissal due to any of these infractions.
3. Every student is required to wear/pin the official Bar Review Identification card before
entering the APS building and to display said I.D. at all times within the building premises.
A lost Identification card will be replaced upon payment of a fine of P500.00. NOTE: Pre-
Bar ID will be released on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
4. Recording of all bar lectures via cassette, cameras, mobile phones and other gadgets are
not allowed.
5. All seats are on a first come, first served basis. No reservations shall be allowed. If all
seats at the Auditorium are taken, Veritas Room at the fourth (4th) floor will be opened for
overflow of reviewees.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the APS Building.
7. Dress Code applies to all bar reviewees upon entrance at the APS building and is
enforced regardless of the intended designation within the building. Reviewees are not
allowed to wear:
§ Slippers (whether high heeled, with design or branded);
§ Shorts above the knee; and
§ Sleeveless tops.
8. APS Library. The APS Librarian has full authority to enforce ALS regulations within the
library premises as delegated by the School Administration.
