Team Techfest 2012 welcomes you to IIT BOMBAY. Following are some general guidelines for your assistance. 1. REGISTRATION: All the participants should preferably register on 5th or 6th January at the registration desk at main gate. They may also register on 7th January. A registration card will be given to them. Participants need to register only once. If in case teams are carrying laptop or camera, they must get the printout of gate pass and must fill in the details. 2. ACCOMODATION: If you have been provided with accommodation at IIT, then please proceed to the Accommodation Desk near Swimming Pool (marked 29 in the map). 3. EVENT DAY: The competition will be on 7th January. All participants must report at MB Foyer (marked 19 in the map) on 7th January at 9:00 am sharp with their Registration cards and Identity cards for slot distribution. The competition will start from 09:30 am in the morning on 7th January at MB Foyer The teams are required to report in the slot timings allotted to them. 4. FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Food and beverage stalls will be installed near the Convocation Frontyard (marked 5 in the map) during the daytime and at Swimming Pool parking lot (marked P in the map) after Technoholix at night. 5. RESULTS & CERTIFICATE: Results of competition will be announced after the competition ends and will be put up near the venue, at the accommodation desk near swimming pool and assistance desks set up at SOM Lawn (marked 26 in the venue), Nes Caf(Coffee Shack, marked 23 in the map) and K V Roads. Certificates and prizes will be awarded on Day 3, i.e. 8th January. Exact time and venue will be notified to you after the competition ends. 6. Certificate policy : The top three teams will be provided certificate of excellence. All the teams who complete the task and deposit 3 balls would be given certificate of participation.
