1. The Pink-Quay Parade Competition (“the Competition) will be held on 29 July 2023 (Saturday) at
Quayside Mall, twentyfive7 Lakeside.
2. There are five (5) criteria with each of its criteria carrying respective points weightage in the
Competition as follows: -

Costume Design 30%
Creativity 20%
Talent 20%
Tidiness 10%
Leadership Skill 20%
Total 100%
NOTE:
- Public voting will be carried out during the Competition whereby audiences may vote for their
favourite group. The total number of votes received will be added into the group’s total points. You
may invite friends and families to witness the event and stand a chance to get as much public votes
as possible.
- Judges and public votes will be accumulated altogether and groups with the highest points will be
the winner.
4. Eligible Participants are required to dress in their own PINK costume, to provide a USB drive
should they require background music and with any supporting accessories to complement
their Pink-Quay Parade performance.
5. Eligible Participants must complete the whole parade competition at their own effort without
any assistance from a third-party.
6. Winners will be announced on the day itself at the end of the Competition.
7. Three (3) groups with the highest points will be selected as the winning team. Each group shall
be eligible for one (1) prize only.

9. All prizes presented to the winners shall be on an “as is” basis and the Management shall not be
responsible for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes. Winners
must be present during the announcement, failing which, prizes shall be awarded to the next best
winner.
10. The Management shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injuries occurred during
and after the Competition including the loss of personal items.
11. By participating in the Competition, Eligible Participants hereby permits the Management to use
all photos and videos taken throughout the Competition. Eligible Participants also hereby
authorize the Management to disclose their particulars for the purposes of the Competition and
have deemed to provide their consent pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act.
12. The Competition shall only proceed upon receiving a minimum participation of at least 5 groups.
The Management reserve the rights to reschedule or to cancel the Competition as deemed
necessary.
13. The Management reserves the right to change any rules and regulations as it deems necessary
without prior notice.
