GUIDELINES TO THE PARTICIPANTS

SAFETY: Be aware of exits and do not block any path of egress. In case of any emergency or first
aid requirements, contact reception desk or call any of the contact numbers below
1. REGISTRATION Participants of all events shall register at the reception desk and collect the badges.
Team leaders/guides/participants shall verify the list of participants at the reception desk.
2. SCIENCE PROJECT EXHIBITION (Geetha-97929954, Jithisha-99186937)
Exhibits shall be arranged at designated stalls at Aryabhata Hall for visitors by 10.00 AM
Do not damage the stalls provided for the exhibition.
3. INTER SCHOOL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY QUIZ COMPETITION (Karthik-66699504)
Rules will be explained to the participants before the preliminary round at Visvesvaraya Hall
Teams selected to the final round shall report at the reception immediately after the results
are announced.
4. RUBIKS CUBE SOLVING CONTEST (Praveen-66805933)
Rules will be explained to the participants before the event at Visvesvaraya Hall.
5. COMPUTER ANIMATION CONTEST (Joe-66394866)
Animation in soft format shall be handed over at the reception desk and collect the
participant code number.
Rules will be explained to the participants before the event at Walt Disney Hall.
Animation show by leading motion graphics artist will start immediately after the contest.
6. FOOD
Lunch for Science Exhibition participants will be available at the food court from 11.45 AM.
Teams are advised to send team members in-turn to make sure at least two participants
are available at the stall.
Participants are requested to make sure the venue is kept clean.
7. JUDGEMENT
Judging of the exhibits will be done in the morning for open category and afternoon for
other categories and at least two members of the team shall be available in the exhibition
stall at the time of judging.
8. CERTIFICATES AND GIFTS
Participation certificates and gifts will be given to all science exhibition participants at the
stall before 5:00 PM.
