SUBJECT : SMOOTH FLOW OF DAY ONE (August 28, 2022)


(Registration, Billeting, Lunch, Opening Ceremonies, First Plenary

To achieve a smooth flow of Day 1 during the 8th Negosyo Sa Barangay (NSB), kindly be advised
of the following:

A. Upon arrival in the hotel, participants (with their luggage) will be ushered to the Participants’
Holding Area at the 3 rd Floor using the elevator.

B. After settling down at the Participants’ Holding Area, the respective coordinator/s of each
delegation shall proceed to the Registration Area at the Ground Floor. Kindly bring a copy of the
Registration Form, original copy of the deposit slip or payment, and other documents to facilitate
registration.

C. Please take note of the following Registration Procedure:

FOR PAID PARTICIPANTS


(Participants who have paid in advance thru bank deposit and other means.)
1. Proceed to the designated lane at the REGISTRATION AREA.
2. Submit ORIGINAL BANK DEPOSIT SLIP.
3. Get training collaterals.
4. Get room/billeting assignment.
FOR UNPAID REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS
(Participants who have emailed their Registration Forms in advance but have yet to pay.)
1. Proceed to the designated lane at the REGISTRATION AREA.
2. PAY REGISTRATION FEE.
3. Get training collaterals.
4. Get room/billeting assignment.

FOR WALK-IN PARTICIPANTS


(Participants who have not emailed their Registration Form.)
1. Proceed to the designated lane at the Registration Area.
2. Get and fill-up the REGISTRATION FORM.
3. Submit accomplished Registration Form.
4. Pay registration fee.
5. Get training collaterals.
Training collaterals for walk-in participants are subject to availability.
6. Get billeting assignment.

D. Early accommodation is subject to early availability of hotel rooms.

E. Upon completion of registration and billeting, respective coordinator/s will rejoin their
delegation and, together, proceed to their room assignments if already available. Otherwise,
registered participants shall remain at the Participants’ Holding Area and wait for the availability of
their hotel rooms.

F. Lunch will be served at about 12:00 NN on the first day. Participants shall present the
corresponding meal tickets to the hotel staff. Those who have yet to register and/or have yet to
finish the registration procedure may have their lunch. The organizers will promptly provide
Temporary Meal Tickets.

G. PM Snacks will be provided at about 3:00 PM at the Plenary Hall, 3rd Floor.

H. Opening Ceremonies will be held at about 3:30 PM. Please proceed to the venue 30
minutes before the start. Kindly wear a smart casual attire.

I. The First Plenary Session will be held immediately after the Opening Ceremonies.
