ADMINISTRATION NOTES
REGISTRATION

Registration counters open at 8:30 AM on 28 May 2019. Participants are requested to sign the registration
sheet on the 1st and 2nd day of the conference.

Opening of Exhibits will start at 10:00am to be followed by Opening Ceremonies.

STEPS OF REGISTRATION

1. Pay your registration fee at the CASHIER booth located in front of the exhibit area.
Note:
 Companies with table reservation must pay the cost of 1 table even if the number of
participants is less than ten (10)
 Please bring copy of deposit slip of payment for the issuance of OR

Pre-registered and paid participants or sponsor’s guests may proceed to the designated
registration counter (step 2).

2. Sign the registration sheet and claim your ID, meal stubs and conference kit at your designated
counter.

3. Proceed to your assigned table in the ballroom. Ushers/Usherettes will guide you to your assigned
tables.
INTERNET ACCESS
Free internet access in the grand ballroom is very limited and its use may be prioritized for the conference
secretariat.

PARKING
You may park your car at MGB parking with a flat rate of P150/day. No validation needed for the parking
pass.
