R’ CEBU 2003 EXHIBIT


GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The R’ Cebu Exhibit is in Robinsons Galleria Cebu (RGC) Level 1 Atrium on the following
dates:

2. Exhibitors can start pulling in their display/products a day before the Ingress date and keep
them in the storage area provided by RGC. Booth preparations are allowed inside the
storage area provided that NO WELDING, NO PAINTING, NO CAPENTRY works, or any activity
that will create noise will be done as it can disturb other mall tenants, especially during Mall
hours.

The Storage area is located at Level 1, beside Starbucks.

Time for pull in starts at 7PM - 10AM. Please be informed that Pull in time is 7PM for small
items/materials only and 9PM (after mall hours ) for Big/Large items.

For Ingress & Egress, Personnel together with their items/materials will pass at LOADING
DOCK/RECEIVING, at the back portion of the mall for security checking.

During Ingress, one can start setting up their display as early as 7 PM. (If the Atrium is ready
and has been cleared of displays from other Mall Tenants subject to the Approval of RGC).
Personnel together with their Items can also

pass at the Entrance near Starbucks after Mall Hours (9PM).

Participating LGUs must ensure the prompt arrival of their manpower and materials for set-up.

Please be reminded that the wearing of shorts, sleeveless, and slippers is not allowed during
Ingress. All personnel/manpower/staff must wear closed shoes

3. Booth Measurement is at 3 meters. in-depth, 4 meters. in width, and 8 ft. in height.

Kindly bring your own display tables and display shelves. Chairs will be provided by RGC.

4. For those with vehicles, you can park your vehicle in basement 1. You can use the elevator
in going to the Atrium.

Kindly submit your vehicle details (ex. Toyota Hilux - AA5116) to you District In-charge to avail
of the free parking. Deadline is on (5 Days Before the Ingress Date)

5. Please provide your own electrician, RGC will only guide us on where to get the power
from.

6. Each booth is required to have at least one (1) air purifier.

7. A 2ft x 8ft Tarpaulin for Booth signage (LGU Name) will be provided.The layout will be done
by the Cebu Provincial Tourism Office and Printing by RGC.
Participating LGUs may prepare a frame to mount the Tarpaulin for Booth Signage.
8. All Participants must also submit the following to your District In-charge:

 Product List/Inventory (with HD Photos, Description, Price) for Marketing and SOCMED
posting
Deadline: 2 Weeks Before the Ingress Date

 Fully filled-up forms (Work Permit, Gate Pass, Vehicle Details)


Deadline : 5 Days Before the Ingress Date

 Tourism/ Promotional Videos saved in USB/Flash Drive


(If there is LED Wall during the Exhibit)

Deadline: 1 Week Before Ingress Date

 List/Numbers of Participants (Booth Attendants & Performers ) for ID


Deadline: 5 Days Before the Ingress Date

9. Each Participating LGU is allowed a maximum of 3 Booth Attendants and will be provided
with R Cebu Exhibitors ID. The ID must be worn at all times while inside the Mall.

All Exhibitors shall pass at the employees entrance with their ID. (Entrance 3, near the Bus
Terminal)

IDs will also be provided to all Performers.

10. Two (2) Packed Meals for Lunch and Dinner will be provided for the Exhibitors/Booth
Attendants during the duration of the exhibit.

A maximum of forty (40) packed meals per District will also be provided for the performers on
the Opening /First Day of the exhibit (Pasundayag sa Distrito).

11. Performers must arrive on time and are required to attend the Technical Rehearsal/Dry
Run set by the Organizer/Director .

All Materials for the Performance must be submitted at the Control Booth in USB/Flash drive.

Technical Rider, additional or special requirements needed in the performance must be


coordinated with the Supplier/Technical In charge (LED Wall, Sounds & Lights) in advance.

Costumes must be clean, decent and appropriate. Showing of too much skin (bellies,
stomachs, long slits exposing legs, bare back or backless, plunging necklines and cleavage)
are not allowed.

12. Participating LGUs must submit their daily sales report to their District In-charge every end
of Display (Closing Time).

13. The Assigned District should take charge of the Back drop and Decorations of the Main
Stage.

14. Participating LGUs shall prepare at least 25 tokens/giveaways for our invited Media
Guests. (Media will route every exhibit booth to claim their tokens/giveaways on the
Opening Day)

15. All Participants (Exhibitors, Manpower, Staff, Performers) must conduct themselves in a
proper, dignified and courteous manner, be in their proper attire and perform to the best of
their ability

16. For questions and clarifications, please coordinate with your District In-charge.
