IMPORTANT GUIDELINES - REQUIREMENTS 1. Strictly No ID, No Entry 2. Food merchants must make sure food is properly handled and prepared 3. Food stalls and booths must be available for the public at 6am on November 11, 2018 4. Booths must be prepared and designed with the highest quality possible considering the demographic in Alabang. 5. Displays, tarps and standees cannot exceed the given area by the organizers. 6. Cooking equipment are allowed such as grills, gas stoves and electric stoves but must not exceed maximum wattage capacity per booth . 7. Ingress is at November 10, 2018 at 2pm -6pm and at November 11, 2018 at 3am - 4am. Otherwise no merchants may enter the venue. 8. Please fill up this form to register for the event. a. GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. Booth 10 standard booths of size 2m x 2m 10 premium booths of size 2m x 3m a. Inclusive of: i. 1 2x2 or 2x3 Tents ii. 1 table iii. 3 monoblock chairs iv. 1 unit of 6,000 watts outlets v. 1 unit of fluorescent light set vi. Company name in the main directory vii. Company name in the flyers viii. Company name in MOB Philippines’ Facebook page ix. Constant mention of company name throughout the event x. Option to place marketing materials around the event venue b. No part of any structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. c. Booths must not be vandalized in any manner. Any event material, tent, equipments must not be damaged in anyway. Violator will be charged by the organizers accordingly.

A scanned copy of the deposit slip shall be emailed right away to ninchdgzmn@gmail.com or to business.markgan@gmail.com c. Full payment is due on November 3, 2018 in cash or through the same bank account. d. All payments are non refundable except in case cancellation/pull-out is through the mandate of the organizers. Cancellation of event through force majeure does not entitle exhibitors to refunds.
3. INGRESS and EGRESS a. Ingress: November 10, 2018 at 2pm -6pm November 11, 2018 at 3am - 5am b. Egress: November 11, 2018 at 5pm - 8pm c. Entrance to the venue is through the Levels side (7/11) entering the trail. d. Trucks used for the ingress/egress may not stay longer than 1 hour in the event premises. Parking is at westgate or commerce center. e. Sandos, shorts and slippers are strictly prohibited during ingress/egress and most especially during the event proper. Everyone is advised to observe proper dress code at all times. f. PLEASE Clean the area during egress time. Everyone is responsible for their own trash. Excessive littering of event premises and booth will be subjected to an environmental fee of 1,000 pesos.
4. Forms and Documents Needed for the Event a. RUF (Road Users Fee) (Filinvest Mandate) All vehicles entering the event venue (Either for delivery van or cars) must be able to secure a RUF from filinvests office a day before the event. The fee is 100 pesos per vehicle per entry. Please send us a copy of the duly accomplished RUF upon completing. You may secure your RUFs at 5th flr. Vector One, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest Corporate City, Vector, Alabang, Muntinlupa b. Ingress/Egress Form Ingress/Egress form will be given a day before ingress schedules as to give time to exhibitors to fill out the form. Trucks and exhibitors may not set up without this form. Exhibitors must prepare 2 copies of this form and give out to the event marshall responsible for ingress/egress.
c. Car Pass Sticker/Authorization All vehicles entering the event venue must have this Car Pass Sticker/Authorization to show to the Event Marshall upon arriving. d. Event IDs/Badges i. Event ID Tags/badges shall be given to each exhibitor during Ingress only, before entry to the event venue. ii. Each exhibitor shall be issued 3 pieces of ID free of charge. Extra IDs will cost 20 pesos. iii. Strictly no ID no entry will apply. iv. All exhibitors must wear the ID at all times.
5. Food Concessionaires/Food Trucks/Exhibitors a. Applicants are obliged to choose the booths they prefer according to the floor plan or layout emailed to them. And it shall be given to them on a “First Come, First Served” basis. b. All merchandise or food items shall be subject for approval by the Organizer. Selling of undeclared items is not allowed. Organizer has the right to remove them from exhibitors’ area if the initial warning has been ignored. c. FAKE/IMITATIONS OR PIRATED items are strictly prohibited. They’re also subject for confiscation by the gov’t authorities at any time. d. Display of highly flammable, explosive goods and substances, installation of apparatus, machinery or equipment are strictly prohibited. e. Wine, hard liquor and cigarettes of any kind without necessary permits are not allowed. f. Exhibitors can occupy the space within their booth premise only. Anyone who is seen with goods, standees, posters, props, equipment occupying beyond their area limits will be apprehended. g. Everyone is advised to use Paper bags instead of plastic bags for any merchandise purchased. h. No Smoking / No Sleeping are strictly be enforced inside the event premises. i. A Fire Extinguisher should be on standby inside the booth at any day. j. Segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes into different garbage bags for easy collection by the assigned event cleaners.
6. Security Filinvest, MOB Philippines and Race Mechanics shall provide full security in and outside the venue, but each one shall be responsible for the safety of their own booths/area. Organizers shall not be liable for any damages or loss within exhibitors’ premises.
7. Event Times Race proper and event will start at 6am and will finish at 3pm. Exhibitors and food stalls may start operations as early as 5am as participants will start to arrive that time and end operations as late as 4pm for the awarding ceremony.
