Court Incharge
Each court incharge will be responsible for organising the matches
Each court incharge will be responsible for checking the Unique ID of the participants
Each Court Incharge will ensure Stock Keeping of the Balls / Racquets issued for the court
The Court incharge will collate and share with the organising committee the score card of each match played on his / her cour
At the end of the day the court incharge will submit his / her scoresheets to the sports HOD.
The court incharge will try and resolve any dispute on points during a match, however if there is any doubt then the court inch
Any dispute arising will be addressed to the organising committee and the organising committee's decision will be final and bin

For F&B there will be ANAVRIN coupons which participants can buy from a dedicated counter
Each booklet of coupon will be of AED 150 and will contain AED 5, AED 10, AED 20 and AED 50 face value cupons.
The Cupon will be valid for use for 1 year at the Colesium Outdoor food truck
This is a self service event and there shall be no serving staff in the court area.

Firstaid Kiosk
There needs to be a dedicated Firstaid kiosk or a tie-up to ensure there is an Ambulance at the venue when the event is going
In case of no Ambulance the Kiosk should have a trained ER with complete firstaid kit and a BP machine
