RULES AND REGULATIONS

of the Beretta Competition in Hunting Clash

§1
General

1. These Rules and Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations,” specify the
terms, scope, and conditions of participation in the competition held during the event
called the “Beretta Tribe Challenge” organized within the Hunting Clash game,
hereinafter referred to as the “Competition.”

2. The Competition is organized by Ten Square Games S.A., with its registered office in
Wrocław, at ul. Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for
Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court
Register, under KRS number: 0000704863, Tax ID (NIP) number: 8982196752, REGON
number: 021744780, with a share capital of PLN 733,482.20 (fully paid up), hereinafter
referred to as the “Organizer.”

3. The Organizer shall announce the Competition, supervise its proper conduct and
ensure the distribution of prizes to the winners.

4. The partner and sponsor of the Competition is Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A.,
with its registered office at 25063, Gardone Val Trompia (BS-Italy), hereinafter referred
to as “Beretta.”

5. The Competition shall be held on the mobile game application of the Organizer,
Hunting Clash (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), which is available for download
on Google Play and the App Store.

6. By entering the Competition, you accept the rules set forth in the Regulations.

§2
Eligibility and Rules

1. To take part in the Competition, you must enter the Game, complete tasks provided by
the Organizer, and collect points within the Game throughout the event.

2. The Competition will be held from February 16, 2024 (start: 15:00 CET), to February 22,
2024 (end: 15:00 CET).

3. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.

4. The Competition uses Game languages available on the App Store and Google Play.
§3
Participants

1. You may enter the Competition only if you are a natural person and:

a) at the time of entering the Competition, you have reached the age of 18 or you are
of legal age under the laws of your place of residence;

a) at the time of entering the Competition, you have the Game installed on your
device;

b) you are familiar with the Organizer’s terms of service and you have read and
accept these Regulations.

A person entering the Competition under the above conditions is hereinafter referred
to as the “Participant.”

2. By accepting these Regulations, you acknowledge that both the Competition and the
Game may include elements or content appropriate only for adults; therefore, your
participation in the Competition and the Game is entirely at your own risk and
responsibility.

3. If you wish to participate in the Competition, you are obliged to ensure that the device
you will use for this purpose meets the conditions and technical requirements of the
Game, including, in particular, that it has the latest version of the operating system of
the device, software, or the Game.

§4
Schedule

1. The Organizer will inform the Participants about the Competition through a message
sent to the Game inbox on February 16, 2024.

2. The winners will be announced on February 22, 2024, after 15:00 CET.

3. Upon completion of the Competition, the Organizer will promptly notify the winners of
the results (ranking) either via the in-game open chat with the winner (player) or a
private message sent to the winner’s Game inbox.

§5
Awards and Winners

1. To take a winning place in the Competition, the Participants must achieve the highest
scores while performing the tasks in the competition games of the Game event. The
Organizer will award prizes only to the top three Participants, regardless of the
Participant's country of origin.

2. Announced results and winner rankings are final.

3. For winning:
a) the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, the EU or non-EU Participants (excluding US and
Canada) will receive gift cards for the official Beretta store to be used at
https://estore.beretta.com.

1st place: EUR 500.00 Gift Card


2nd place: EUR 300.00 Gift Card
3rd place: EUR 150.00 Gift Card

b) the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, the US and Canadian Participants will receive surprise
prizes from the Beretta range valued at:

1st place: USD 500.00


2nd place: USD 300.00
3rd place: USD 150.00

4. Gift cards can only be used at the official Beretta store in the EU.

5. Gift cards expire on December 31, 2024.

6. Prizes cannot be converted into cash.

7. Gift cards (card codes) will be issued within 72 hours of the results being announced
via the Game inbox or chat. The Organizer will also cover the tax value of the prizes
awarded, if necessary.

8. Surprise prizes from Beretta’s range will be sent to the winners by courier within 7
business days of the date of the announcement of the results. To receive their prize,
the winners of surprise prizes will be required to provide shipping information via the
Game chat.

9. The Participants may submit any complaints or objections regarding the Competition
to the Organizer’s support center within 3 (three) days of the end of the Competition
using the contact form available in the Game’s “Settings.” They will be informed in a
private message (via the Game inbox or chat) about how the complaint has been
handled within 14 (fourteen) days of the Organizer receiving the complaint. A
complaint should at least include the Participant’s ID, a description of the problem, and
a proposed resolution.

§6
Personal Data

1. The Controller of the Participant’s personal data is Ten Square Games S.A., with its
registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław, contact:
administracja@tensquaregames.com.

2. If you have any concerns about the processing of your personal data, you can contact
the Data Protection Officer via:
a) postal service to: Ten Square Games S.A., ul. Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław,
Poland;
b) an email to: iod@tensquaregames.com.

3. The recipient of the data is Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A., with its registered
office at 25063, Gardone Val Trompia (BS-Italy).

4. By entering the Competition, you consent to the processing of your personal data for
purposes related to the operation of the Competition. In addition to the
aforementioned, the processing of your data is also based on the necessity to adhere
to accounting and tax legislation.

5. The personal data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which
it is collected, i.e., the execution and organization of the Competition and its different
phases, and, for accounting purposes, following the end of the Competition.

6. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, and the right to file a
complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, you will not be able to participate in the
Competition or the events organized as part of the Competition without providing such
data.

§7
Disclaimer

1. The Organizer declares that the Competition is not created, administered, supported,
sponsored by, or affiliated with Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

2. The Participants hereby release the Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play)
platforms from all responsibility pertaining to the Competition held by the Organizer.

§8
Miscellaneous

1. Should extraordinary situations arise that call for alterations to the Regulations or the
cancellation/interruption of the Competition, which could not be foreseen by the
Organizer at the time of announcing the Competition, the Organizer will announce
these alterations and instances and inform the Participants about them through the
Game’s communication channels.

2. The Organizer disclaims any responsibility for technical or system failures on the
Participant’s end that impede the Participant’s ability to take part in the Contest.

3. If any technical difficulties arise with regard to participating in, or during, the
Competition, you can contact the Organizer’s support center via the contact form
available in the Game’s “Settings.”

4. If any technical difficulties arise with regard to collecting the prize, you can contact the
Organizer’s support center via the contact form available in the Game’s “Settings.”

5. The Organizer is not responsible for the winner’s ability to redeem prizes at the
Beretta store. For any issues with prize fulfillment, reach out to your local Beretta
store’s Customer Service.
6. By entering the Competition, you accept these Regulations.

7. These Regulations are subject to Polish law. In all matters not covered by these
Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

8. All disputes between the Participants and the Organizer shall be settled amicably and,
in the event of disagreement, shall be brought before a court having jurisdiction over
the Organizer’s seat.

9. If you have any questions about the Competition, please contact the Organizer’s
support center via the contact form available in the Game’s “Settings.”

10. These Regulations are effective as of the date of the announcement of the
Competition.
