Sealed bids are invited on single stage, Two Envelop bases under PPRA Rules 2014, for the purchase of
following items for “Vocational Training Institute Faisalabad,” from reputed firms registered with sales Tax
department and with valid NTN. Tender document and details are available at the institute with immediate
effect at (Vocational Training Institute Faisalabad) on payment of Rs. 500/- nonrefundable during office
hours (8:00 AM To 3:00 PM).

VTI address and tenders will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM at Chenab Engineering Steel Mills,
Jhumera Road, Opposite Nishatabad Station, Near Nishatabad Bridge.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Submit both the bids (Technical & Financial) sealed in the separate envelopes.
2. Call deposit in the favor of “Principal Vocational Training Institute Faisalabad” @ 2% (17,741/-) of
the amount estimated of items, should be attached with Technical Bid.
3. Bids received after the due date/time will not be considered.
4. Attested copies of Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates/documents should be furnished by the firm
along with Technical Bid.
5. The successful firms will be responsible to deliver the items to the institute along with complete
documents/accessories.
