Hon’ble Court to engage the service of an Advocate in this

present Case.

hindrance, I may be kindly permitted to engage the service of an

Basavaiah, 35 years, R/at No.191, 4th Link Cross, 6th Main

Road, Alanahalli Layout, Mysore 26, the petitioner in the

above case hereby solemnly affirm and make on oath and

state as under.

1. I submit that I am the above Petitioner and I am

conversant with the facts of the present case and accordingly

I am swearing to this affidavit and the accompanying Application

may kindly be read as part and parcel of this Affidavit.
