in the form filled up by me/on my behalf and found the same correct and in accordance with documents/my certificate issued by Board/College/University and all the
particulars are correct as per record. I fully understand that no application for correction of particulars shall be entertained by the commission in this regard. I give my
acceptance for uploading the form after going through the particulars and I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of General Instructions and other instructions. I
fully understand that no separate information shall be given to me individually and all the information shall be given on website or in the newspapers.

मैंने सभी िनयम एवम िनदेर्श पढ़ और समझ िलए हैं | मैंने अपने द्वारा भरा गया एप्लीकेशन फॉमर् का िप्रंट ले िलया है, साथ ही मैंने सभी भरी गयी जानकािरयां पूरी तरह जांच ली है जो मेरे द्वारा अथवा
मेरे िनरेदेषानुसार िकसी और के द्वारा एप्लीकेशन फॉमर् में दी गयी हैं. मैंने पाया है की सभी जानकािरयां मेरे दस्तावेजों जो की मुझे मेरे स्कूल, कॉलेज अथवा यूिनविसर् टी से प्राप्त हैं, उनसे मेल खाती हैं.
मुझे ज्ञात है की इसके बाद डाटा ठीक करने हेतु िकसी भी तरह की एप्लीकेशन HSSC द्वारा स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी. मैं सभी जानकािरयां जांच ली हैं और मैं सभी िनयमों व् िनदेर्शों से सहमत हूँ तथा
साथ ही अपनी सहमित से ये अिप्प्लकाितयो फॉमर् अपलोड करवा रहा/ रही हू | मुझ ज्ञात है की कोई भी अलग से जानकारी मुझे नहीं दी जाएगी और सभी जानकािरयां वेबसाइट व् समाचार पत्र में दी
