How to structure wages

and scales
1. Determine the organizational structure in the company.

1a. Identify the position based on the needs and conditions of every departments.
1b. Assign jobs and responsibilities (Job Desc) from each level and make sure there are no
overlapping jobs and reponsibles between levels
2. Choose a wage base that will be a reference in the
structure and scale of company's wages.

A. Only Basic Salary

B. Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances (position, transport, etc)

C. Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances + Others (Skill, Attendance, etc)


2. Specify the range of wages from each position
