SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF NAMES FOR MEMBERS OF

TECHNICAL INSPECTION COMMITTEE (TIC)

It should be noted of last year’s experience on inspection activities by our TIC
to the NGP projects, not all TIC members participated during the conduct of said activity
specially the CENRO personnel for the considerable reason that they were on other equally
important official works/obligations.

It is for this reason that this office will reorganize members of PENRO Technical
Inspection Committee. Hence, you are instructed to recommend among your personnel to be
members of TIC who can regularly participate/join the group during the conduct of inspection
throughout. Submit ASAP to this office for subsequent issuance of Special Order.
