POLICY FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS

1. To facilitate the reclassification of Teaching Personnel of SDO Pasay, the field is


hereby informed of the policy for the reclassification of position.

2. For proper guidance and implementation, the following documents are attached:
Enclosure No. 1 - Qualifications for Reclassification of Positions
Enclosure No. 2 - ERF Form (print in long bond paper)
Enclosure No. 3 - Requirements for Teacher II and Teacher III
Enclosure No. 4 - Requirements for Sped Teacher I, II and III
Enclosure No. 5 - Requirements for Master Teacher
Enclosure No. 6 - Requirements for Head Teachers I to VI
Enclosure No. 7 - Requirements for School Principal

3. Deadline for submission of the request for reclassification of positions to the


Schools Division Office shall be until May 15, 2021.

4. To ensure efficiency, the applicant must include ear tags (see corresponding letters
in Enclosure No. 3 to 7) for the required documents and properly labeled inside a long
brown envelope with the applicant's name and position being applied for, written at the
upper left corner of the envelope.

5. The School Screening Committee (SSC) must encode the list of qualified applicants

by the School Principal prior to submission of application and pertinent papers at the
Personnel Section.
