LIFE TIP:
Every time you catch yourself saying "fuck it, I'll do it later (or never)", DO THE THING, THEN AND
THERE, IMMEDIATELY.
You'll feel like a king, I promise you.
I'm absolutely buzzing as a result of doing this.
When you don't bother to "do the thing", you'll use up enormous amounts of energy feeling shitty
about yourself. It takes much less energy to just DO THE THING.

Morning Routine
Routine hacks that can make all the difference to how your day unfolds.
Setting up your day right is ESSENTIAL, especially if you are a guy who wants to break your old
patterns and start living a life where you're more in CONTROL, feeling POWERFUL, ready to tackle
the day ahead as the BEST MAN YOU CAN BE. The first 30-60 minutes of the day can make all the
difference to what else happens that day.
If right now your mornings involve simply :

 Waking up and going straight to your phone


 Not feeling excited about the day ahead
 Your dick is hard and unsatisfied
 You need coffee to get energized
... There is a better way! Trust me, I used to be a real slob in the mornings. People who get up early
and "kick ass" used to ANNOY ME. I used to think "Who the f*** do they think they are?"
FOR EXAMPLE.... You might have already seen me talking about deep breath work can really get
your juices flowing and make you feel alive (in fact, try it now, take 10 full deep breaths and see you
feel after!).
That's just one thing that MOST PEOPLE DON'T DO, that will give you an edge. I'm going to reveal
many more for you. You can pick and choose which ones you use.

Morning Intention Statements


EVERY SINGLE MORNING I say out loud (or write down, if I have time) what I want out of each day.
Or rather, what I want FROM MYSELF that day.
For example:
"Today I'm going to be the...
happiest
calmest
most hard working
most giving
strongest
most loving
most focused
...man I can be"
I usually just pick 1-3 from the list (or whatever comes to my head each morning that best fits the
plan for the day).
WHAT'S THE POINT IN THIS?
Simple:
When you set the INTENTION to show up in a certain way each day, there's a much better chance
of the day unfolding in that way.
You're making a mature adult FIRM DECISION to approach your day in a specific way.
Plus, it JUST FEELS GOOD. Much better than just zombie-ing your way through the morning. It's a
break from the old pattern. Bringing something new and useful, that's actually easy, and DOES HAVE
AN EFFECT.
DON'T BELIEVE ME?
Try it. Just try it. This (or tomorrow) morning.

Opening for Life: Becoming a Social Man – The ‘Friendly, Drunk Guy’ Frame!!!
Introduction to the concept of "Opening For Life"... (very important you're able to do this BEFORE
you attempt to do add any kind of "cold approach pickup" to your repertoire.)
So how do I include myself in a social scene? All my friends would rather just stay home! Perfect
question! Forget about your existing friends. This is about making new friends. Check what's
happening in your city. Go there. Take an interest in events, the arts, meetups, launches, opening
nights etc. Check your local council’s Facebook page.
