The above grant is subject to the following conditions namely:- 1.The utilization certificates for the above central grants shall be submit to Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation by the Directorate'of Municipal administration.adi 2.The grant now released will be utilised for the purpose for which it has been released and utilisation of the funds shall as per the Rajiv Awas Yojana guidelines issued from time to time and also periodically from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt., of India, New Delhi. 3.Quarterly physical & financial progress reports in the prescribed pro- forma to be furnished to Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt., of India, New Delhi and State Government. 4.The Grant shall be credited to a separate account of the Directorate of Municipal Administration and operated by it. 5.The DMA should maintain audited accounts of funds released to ULBs and implementing agencies institution wise--and project wise under the. Scheme. _ 6.All the previous’ aiid present release and expenditure‘under this-scheme would be open to scrutiny by thé CAG’s audit team.
