TENDER NOTICE

E-tenders are hereby invited on short term limited tender basis from the
Selected Event Managers/Firms/Parties to organize/arrange the
Cultural Event on 24th May, 2019:

1. For participation through E-Tendering System, the bidder should

be registered with M/s e-Procurement Technologies Ltd., which
is engaged with SJVN Limited, to associate for e-tendering/e-
procurement system detail of contact person is mentioned herein
below:
Mr. Amit Singh-92655-62822, Mr. Raman- 92655-62832, Mr. Chanderkant-
92655-62831, Pankesh-93745-19729, 79681-36854).
2. The tender document shall be available on website
https://sjvn.abcprocure.com w.e.f. 07.05.19 (1800 hrs.) to
14.05.19 (1300 hrs.) for downloading.
3. Last date & time for uploading of bid (Part-I & Part-II): 14.05.19
upto 1500 hrs. The bidder should use the digital signature
mandatory alongwith encryption certificate while
submitting/uploading their bid.
4. The Part-I of the bid i.e. Techno-commercial bid shall be opened on
15.05.2019 at 1500 hrs.
5. Part-II of bid shall be opened on a separate date & time, in respect
of those bidders, whose part-I of the bid found in order.
