Why have not they taken our rights into account?

Before moving on, let me first define, Human

Rights, it's about the principles of moral standards.

Ecuador still faces violations of human rights; These include laws that limit the government to limit
freedom of expression, limited judicial independence; poor prison conditions; and the far-reaching
restrictions on access to reproductive health care for women and children. I'm going to talk about
three of these violations.

According to the 2018 World Report, in September, President Moreno began the process in early
2018, in which Ecuadorians can respond to a series of proposals, including reversing the indefinite
re-election of public functions and ending the statutes of The limitations of sexual crimes against
children.

In Ecuador there are violations of human rights, first of all, the Prison Conditions

Overcrowding in prisons and poor prison conditions are long-standing problems in Ecuador. Since
2012, the government has spent millions of dollars to build new detention centers, but its remote
locations, strict and limited visiting rules, prevent prisoners from contacting their families. Second -
reproductive rights.

The right to seek an abortion is limited to cases in which the health or life of a woman is at risk, or
when the pregnancy is the result of the rape of a "woman with a mental disability". The fear of being
prosecuted leads some women and girls to become illegal, unsafe abortions and impedes medical
care and services for victims of sexual violence. And finally, another violation includes Sexual
Orientation and Gender Identity. This means that same-sex couples can not get married in Ecuador.

To conclude, I believe that the rights of Ecuadorians must be respected more, so I believe that the
government in Ecuador must implement policies of respect for others.
