Introduction:
This is a topic that is much talked about now. A vegetarian diet excludes or
limits the consumption of meat and products of animal origin. Becoming a
vegetarian implies an adaptation. I changed my eating habits for a vegetarian
diet; I neither eat red meats nor dairy products. I did it by doctor
recommendation and now I am convinced of the benefits of this diet. Here are
some necessary elements to consider:
