YEAR END ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SY: 2018-2019

I. Student Development:

1. Served as coach for Badminton Girls Division meet held at Lyceum Northwestern University.
2. Served as Coach for Grad 9 talented students during the Elimination and division Team
orals at Dagupan City National High School.
3. Conducted Class Activities such as Modulo art, DAMATHS, Chess Sudoko puzzle games,
etc. during the Mathematics Week Celebration.
4. Served as Chairperson on Coronation Ceremonies during the 21st foundation Anniversary
at Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical Vocational Secondary school.
II. Staff Development:

1. Participated in RPMS and PPST orientation seminar from September 25-26, 2018
2. Attended the Semestral In-Service Training for Teachers on stress management (School-
Based) last October 22- 24, 2018
3. Attended Roll out on child protection policy and Grievance committee administrative case,
last July 5-6, 2018
4. Attended regional Mass training on Critical content Mathematics 8 last May 21- June 1,
2018 at Hotel Linda suites, Vigan City
III. Physical Facilities Development

1. Reconfigured seating arrangements to facilitate various modes of teaching and learning.

2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of classrooms for conducive learning.

IV. Curriculum Development:

1. Has prepared updated daily lesson logs based on the prescribed competencies as stated in
curriculum guide and teacher’s guide with the agreed parts of the DLL and checking
period.
2. Has applied various appropriate strategies/methodologies to motivate and sustain learning.
