    Dear Sir,

    IVRCL Infra Ltd. Has been awarded the work of Drinking Water Supply Project from PHED, Govt
    of Rajasthan Vide Work Order No.- (P)/PHED/BPR/NIT-02/13-14/1238-1250, Dated 18.09.2013. In course
    of laying pipe line in different clusters and village distribution net works to feed water to PSP’s in villages,
    CC/Road cutting will be required to be done at various locations.

    We assure you that Road restoration work will be done us at our cost to match with the existing road after
    laying & Hydro-testing of the pipe line.

    Kindly accord your permission for road/CC Cutting in villages for above work.

    You are Requested to appoint your representative for inspection of these material.
