RULES and PRIZES
1. To get a BINGO you must have 5 boxes completed in a row. A row can be horizontal,
diagonal, or vertical in a straight line.
2. To get a COVERALL you must complete* EVERY box in the page.
*Completing a box means:
• You get the initials from a parent/guardian in each box.
• You write the book title and date that you finished reading below.
• You may complete ONLY one box for each task you complete. (For example, if
you read a red book that is also a sad book, it can only count for ONE of the boxes,
NOT both!)
Prizes:
BINGO= Pick out a home-baked, delicious cookie (Up to 3 BINGOs and 3 cookies) in October.
