Oh Helen how beautiful you are!

With eyes like that of a twinkling star
And when handsome Paris kissed your lips
It launched a thousand ships.

From Helen of Sparta to Helen of Troy

It amd Spartans, Troy to destroy
Patroclus to be killed accidentally
And Hector to be murdered deliberately.

You’re lucky Helen because you have Paris

Who bravely fought for you and his promise
Tolove you in whatever consequences
To combat Menelaus though no defenses.

You proved that love is so powerful

Paris stole Menelaus’ wife yet so sinful
Just for the love to Helen that is so strong
Oh Paris for you there is no wrong.

Blame not beautiful Helen why wars exist

‘Coz when love approaches, it’s like a mist
It keeps staying where it beats
And try abandoning where it cheats.

It really lies not in our power to love and hate

 For will in us is overruled by fate
With Paris and Helen, love really is mean
That one should lose while others win.
