MVP Plan

Team: Sought ‘N Found MVP Dates: March 19 - May 15

Team Goal:
Create 2 model prototypes that will have all of the pieces to function except cellular and collect 100
pre-orders.

MVP Work Plan


Day 1 - April 23rd - MVP Presentation

Day 2 - May 1 - print out 3D model prototypes for display and card holders and print logo on tablecloth

Day 3 - May 3 - meeting with mentor and Mrs. Smith's husband about software and the gps, post and take
pictures

Day 4 - May 7 - finish working with the gps and typing up display board stuff and put stickers on the
prototypes and print out dog prototypes with dog charms and collars and create spreadsheet/ edit it

Day 5 - May 9 - work on presentation for board of advisors and finish any small stuff for the such as
business card holders and prints for the display, post

Day 6 - May 13 - PRACTICE!!! presentation next class, spend all time practicing and perfecting

Day 7 - May 15 - PITCH FOR ADVISORY

Day 8 - May 17 - finish working on table display and elevator/big pitch

Day 9 - May 21 - finish working on table display and elevator/big pitch

Day 10 - May 23 - finish working on table display and elevator/big pitch


Day 11 - May 27 - finish working on table display and elevator/big pitch and practice!!!

Day 12 - May 29 - THIS IS ITTTT!!! PITCH NIGHT!!!
