Online feedback and hall tickets

All students of Galgotias University are advised to furnish online end-semester


feedback in time. The server has opened for online-feedback at 5PMon 25 Apr 2019 and
will close at 5PM on 03 May 2019.
The attendance shall be consideredup to 01May 2019 for calculating the percentage of
attendance of studentsfor preparing the list of debarred students.
Students are advised to check the attendance in RF Campus and contact PC/Dean for any
attendance issuefor resolution by 4PM, 30 Apr 2019.
Hall tickets of students who are not debarred in any course and have no
outstanding dues with the accounts department shall be able to download
their hall tickets from 02nd May 2019.
The Hall Tickets of students shall be made available through RF Campus log-on at 5PM
on 04May 2019 in pdf format provided the following conditions are satisfied by students.
a. Hall Tickets shall be generated if and only if a student gives the online feedback
successfullyand has no dues outstanding with the accounts department.
b. Final year B. Tech students must furnish the online programme exit survey along
with online feedback.
A student has to come with the printed copy of the Hall Ticket for appearing in
examinations (laboratory as well as theory).
A student can access RF campus from anywhere through internet. The link is given
below.

One of the following three status will be displayed against a course in hall ticket of ETE.
1. ‘Eligible’ : Student is eligible to appear in ETE of the course
2. Debarred: Student is debarred in the course and cannot appear in ETE, student has to do
the course in summer term.
3. Not Eligible: Student does not have 30% marks in CAT-I+CAT-II or in IA, but student is not
debarred. The student has to clear the CAT and ETE as supplementary, separately.

Notice for students
CAT for students having less 30% marks in CAT-I+CAT-II

As per regulation, students who will score less than 30% marks in CAT-I+CAT-II in a course will
be not eligible to appear in ETE for that course. One more CAT for all such students who are
having less than 30% marks in CAT-I+CAT-IIII as well as not debarred in ETE will be conducted
during 10-12 May 2019. Students are advised to do registration for CAT from 04 th May to 06th
May 2019.

Two best performance out of CAT-I, CAT-II and CAT will be
considered to determine the eligibility for appearing in ETE for

the student will be eligible to appear in ETE of the course and
status in the hall tickets of ETE will be updated by ERP
