Sub: Submission of online Application Forms for Revaluation and Photocopy of


Answer Scripts of 1st to 3rd Sem. B.E./B.Tech. (both CBCS and Non CBCS
Schemes) and 1st to 8th Sem. B.Arch. (both CBCS and Non CBCS
Schemes) examinations held during Dec. 2016/Jan 2017.
Schedule of submission of online applications for Revaluation and Photocopy of
answer scripts of
1. 1st to 3rd Sem. B.E. / B.Tech. (both CBCS and Non CBCS Schemes),
2. 1st to 8th Sem. B.Arch. (both CBCS and Non CBCS Schemes) and
3. 3rd to 8th Sem. B.E./B.Tech. (Non CBCS Scheme) for the students whose results
were marked as ‘W’ and announced after 19th May 2017 (by using insert student
option).

PROCEDURE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS:


The procedure followed during the submission of applications for Revaluation
and Photocopy of 1 to 6th Sem., Crash semester B.E./B.Tech. are to be followed.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. URL: http://examform.vtu.ac.in/vturv - (this URL is for all colleges).
2. The id and Password provided for revaluation remains same.
3. Only the USNs for which the results have been announced are displayed.
4. The Revaluation and Photocopy applications of the students of 3rd to 8th
Semester B.E./B.Tech. (Non CBCS Scheme), whose results were marked as
‘W; and announced after 19th May 2017 are to be entered by using Insert
Student Option. The colleges should be more vigilant while filing such
application, as the complete data is to be inserted manually.

5. All subjects of a student for which the results are announced are displayed.
6. The coordinators shall enter only Email id and phone number of the student/s in
the profile part.
7. While applying, select Revaluation or Photocopy or Both from the dropdown
menu given against each subject.
8. Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 400/- per subject and for Photocopy is Rs.300/-
per subject and Application Fee of Rs.20/- per candidate.
9. All the students are eligible to apply for Revaluation and photocopy in any
number of theory subjects (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets).
10. take a printout of consolidated list by using college wise report, selecting
“General” in SELECT TYPE and submit the same to the office of the undersigned
along with the single DD for the fee collected on or before 9th June 2017.
11. Students need not wait for the photocopy to apply for revaluation.
12. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. University will consider the subject codes entered in the applications and no
corrections will be entertained.
2. Due to paucity of time, request for Extension of last date for filing
applications will not be entertained.
3. Applications once submitted shall be final.
4. After freezing the data, no change request in the data will be entertained.
