1. Promotion and Registration Process:

Admission process get kick off in the month of August in each year and its time duration is around
150 Days or 5 Months till the last date of December. INSTITUTE use social media, educational portal
like pagalguy.com, shiksha.com and many more to attract talented student who are willing to do
rural management. INSTITUTE website and other educational portal are physical evidence to
applicant. If anyone having query regarding admission in that case they submit post on social
media/Educational portal or directly contact INSTITUTE admission office, .
If Applicant satisfy about all his query and meet the eligible criteria for the admission process like
Entrance exam like CAT/XAT/GMAT. He go to the INSTITUTE website and create his own account
with ID and password that will be continue for the all information till admission process get
completed. In that Registration process he enter all the required details with the entrance exam
result and application fees which is guided though payment gateway to INSTITUTE IT system and
website.
Applicant get his application form number and conformation details for the payment made towards
admission.
Admission process is auto cut after its last day of submission online. After Application process is over
and very next day Admission officer collect the all applicant details and create a detail report which
is goes to admission committee members, During the meeting of admission committee they decide
the cut-off marks for interview process, Admission officers create candidate list for the interview/GD
as per the MOM (minutes of meeting). That list will get sign by all Admission comities member and
goes to IT Department, IT department will upload that list to their server, immediate that will send
SMS to each Applicant about result declaration of Interview/GD process.
Candidate will go to INSTITUTE website, enter the ID password of his registration and get the next
details about the admission process and also download the Interview call letter. If required they also
contact to Admission officer regarding there accommodation which is also indicated in Interview
2. Interview Process
For the interview process all shortlisted candidate must come to INSTITUTE, Campus for the
INSTITUTESET, GD and Interview process. He feel and experience the lush green, Amul chimes,
and great infrastructure, When he enter to the campus from the security gate he get his room
key as per pre allotted by admission office. On the Interview day Interview process is start from
the Document verification after verification they can go for the INSTITUTESET which is created
by INSTITUTE.
During that process randomly create Interview and GD panel and they are also got the lot of
candidate which is also randomly generated by the INSTITUTE in-house software.
As per the Time table of the GD and Interview is conducted by the assigned interview and GD
Panel. After completing the GD and interview candidate can leave the campus. During his exit at
security gate collect the accommodation charges and get the receipt of payment.
Admission Officer collect the all score card from each interview and GD panel at the day end.
 Above process will continue till all the Shortlisted candidate complete GD and interview process.
This Interview process take 100 Student a day and it’s depend the total number of shortlist
applicant.
Admission Officer create report of all applicant GD and Interview score and submit to the
Admission committee, As Admission committee decide the final candidate list with the waiting
list, as per the Admission committee, Admission Officer create final list and get sign of all
committee members.

3. Selection Process
Admission Officer submit final selected candidate list and waiting list to IT Department, IT
department upload that list to server, and All Candidate received the SMS for the result
declaration. So candidate go to INSTITUTE website and after login they can download there
Admission Offer letter. Within 7 day they need to pay the Admission conformation fee and
within 15 day they need to pay first year Fee that will be guided by payment gateway by
INSTITUTE Website. After payment Applicate get the payment conformation e-mail and also
update records in INSTITUTE IT system.
Admission Officer guide applicate if they required any help even INSTITUTE also help to get the
Education load through their banking partners.
If anyone fail to do payment or not willing to Join INSTITUTE in that case applicant from Waiting
list get chance to get admission. For the conformation he is also need to go through payment
process as above.
Applicant who paid the all fees they are communicated by Admission office regarding there
accommodation and list of items which they need to bring with them. Also the date of joining
for the course.
When candidate arrive to INSTITUTE to join course he receive his hostel key from security gate
which is randomly generated by IT system.
First day Induction program is arranged by the INSTITUTE, candidate attend that induction
program during that time Admission Officer also provide ID card which will be link to INSTITUTE
IT system, by use of it they can access the INSTITUTE facilities like library.
