Dear Candidate,

Congratulation, we wish to inform you that, you have provisionally selected for
admission to the MCA Program 2019.

Please bring along with you all the original certificates for verification with e-
admission form, one set of self-attested copies, one recent passport size color
photograph and programme fee.

10. Equivalence Certificate from AIU (Original)* (Compulsory for foreign University). Please

11. Learning Disability Certificate (if applicable) may be submitted by program
commencement date. The medical certificate of any government authorised agencies
would be accepted. For Mumbai campus medical certificate from Sion hospital/Nair
hospital would be only accepted.

You are requested to confirm your admission by paying fees and submitting the above
mentioned documents within the registration period i.e.25th June to 28th June
2019 between (Time 11.00 am to 4.00 pm) (On working days only) at Admission
Department, SVKM’s NMIMS, Ground Floor, V. L. Mehta Road, Vile Parle (West),
Mumbai - 400056 (Candidates are required to carry original documents at the time of
verification with one set of attested copies

Payment of tuition fees Rs.1,41,500/- p.a. (subject to change) to be paid by demand

draft drawn in favour of ‘SVKM’s NMIMS’ payable at Mumbai.

1. Original Certificates are required for verification during the admission process
which will be returned by NMIMS. Candidates are required to submit original
document on or before the commencement of the course

2. The last day of submission of all mandatory documents will be 1st July’2019.
Candidates failing to submit mandatory documents (Migration Certificate/ AIU (If
required) by given date, the admission will get cancelled and the studentship with the
Institute/University will be terminated with immediate effect.
3. Please note that it is responsibility of the candidate to check whether he/she is
eligible to apply for the program as per the eligibility criteria declared on the website.
Your credentials will also be verified by professional verification agency. NMIMS has
full rights to disqualify a candidate at any stage of admission process, if found
ineligible In such case, the admission of the candidate even if selected and fees paid
stands cancelled and the fees paid will be refunded as per refund rule. Please check
the eligibility criteria mentioned at the end of this letter

4. Candidate has to visit personally to complete admission formality & if

accompanied by parents only one parent will be permitted. Don’t Plan your return
travel on the same day of admission

5. If you do not present yourself for verification of documents and payment of fees up
to 28th June 2019 it will be presumed that you are not interested in joining the
Programme and this offer of admission will stand withdrawn automatically.

NOTE: - A Waitlisted candidate has to check next merit list as per important dates.

6. Provisional admission will be given subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. The

last date for submission of degree marksheet & provisional passing certificate will be
the date of commencement of program (1st July 2019). Please note that failing to meet
this requirement, will result in the cancellation of your studentship and the fees paid
will be refunded as per refund rule

7. Please see the important dates and preserve it as a guide. All announcements from
the institute will be through its web site: www.nmims.edu and no individual
communication will be sent to the candidates. Kindly check website regularly for any
updates.

8. Refund Rules on cancellation of admission:

Candidate should submit a written request for withdrawal/ cancellation of admission

to the Admission Department, along with admission cancellation form, original fee
receipt & cancelled cheque. Admission cancellation form is made available on
www.nmims.edu.

If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he / she is

enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following four-tier system for the
refund of fees remitted by the student.

 
Refund Rules: The Schedule of refund of fees will be as follows as per UGC rule
October 2018:
