JOB DESCRIPTION :

Restaurant Waiter :
! Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any
problems.
! Escort customers to their tables.
! Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients, and cooking methods.
! Inform customers of daily specials.
! Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon
request.
! Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to steward for cleaning.
! Execute customer's beverage order.
! Serve food and/or beverages to customers; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
! Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Set up and Reset up

also.
Banquet Staff :

! Set -up banquet room as instructed by the client including linen, service ware and glassware.
! Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
! Serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the client to ensure consistency
throughout the event / banquet service.
! Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
! Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests overall satisfaction.
! Once banquet is complete, reset banquet room according to client's specifications to ensure readiness of
the room for the following function.
! Perform any other job relatedduties as assigned.
Room Service Server :

! Carefully take guest order by phone with a courteous manner.


! Serves food and/or beverage to guests in their rooms.
! Carries silverware, linen, and food on tray or uses trolley.
! Sets up table and serves food from trolley.
! Removes equipment from rooms when they finish.
! Offering another help after delivering & make sure they have everything that they need.
