FOR COMPLIANCE WITH

ANTI BRIBERY AND ANTI CORRUPTION POLICY (ABAC POLICY)
OF PT. MAHAKARYA BINTANG NUSANTARA

1. PT. Mahakarya Bintang Nusantara (MBN or the Company) is committed to upholding high
standards of business integrity, honesty and transparency in all its business dealings.

2. Bribery and corruption damage MBN’s reputation and undermines its relationship with the
regulators, the customers, business partners and competitors. It may lead to criminal
prosecution of a regulatory action against MBN, its employees and suppliers, resulting in the
imposition of criminal or civil penalties, including fines and imprisonment, and could damage
MBN’s business. MBN strictly prohibits any form of bribery or corruption.

3. XXXXXXXXXXXX understands, acknowledges and accepts MBN’s ABAC Policy which

strictly prohibits the Supplier (whether acting in their own capacity or on MBN’s behalf) from:
(a) offering, promising, giving or authorizing, directly or indirectly, any bribe or kickback to or
for the benefit of any person (whether in private or public office) in order to obtain any
improper business or other improper advantage for MBN;
(b) soliciting, accepting or receiving (whether for MBN’s benefit, their own benefit or that of
their family, friends, associates or acquaintances) any bribe or kickback from any person
(whether in private or public office) in return for providing any improper business or other
improper advantage in relation to MBN’s business;
(c) using illegal or improper means (including bribes, favors, blackmail, financial payments,
inducements, secret commissions or other rewards) to influence the actions of others; or
(d) acting as an intermediary for a third party in the solicitation, acceptance, payment or offer
of a bribe or kickback.

4. The Supplier undertakes to comply at all times with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-
corruption laws in Indonesia.

5. The Supplier must exercise common sense and judgment in assessing whether any
arrangements could be perceived to be corrupt or otherwise inappropriate.

6. If the Supplier becomes aware of any actual or suspected breach of MBN’s ABAC Policy, the
Supplier must report such incidents to MBN or send email to Jose.effendi.mbn@gmail.com
The report will be treated confidential to the extent possible.

7. The Supplier agrees to cooperate fully and openly with any investigation into alleged or
suspected corrupt activity or breach of MBN’s ABAC Policy.

8. The Supplier agrees to adhere to MBN’s ABAC Policy and this declaration, breach of which
may lead to termination of the Supplier’s relationships or contract with MBN, and criminal
prosecution.
