We as a trio are interested in looking at funk/fusion pieces. Some examples that we have
discussed as options are One Liners, by Mike Stern; Reza, by Jaco Pastorius; Bright Size Life,
by Pat Methany; and Freeway Jam, by Jeff Beck. Again, these options were for the purpose of
this form, and we will definitely look at more tunes.

Proposed Coach: Jose McLaughlin

Each group is allotted six (6) hours of coaching time per trimester.
Forms will NOT be accepted without the included attachment of an email confirmation
from the proposed tutor.

Please upload a completed approval form to the L@GU course site for 5970QCM (under
‘course content’) no later than 5pm on Friday of Week 1.
