1.9.1 Assembling of A
Adjusting A
Arm
A. Make su ure the brakke chamber bar at freee conditionn
before mounting. Forr the chamb bers with sppring
parking braake, the airr pressure sshould be nnot less
than 0.6Mpa, to keep p the chamb ber at origi nal
location.
B. Assemble the adjusting arm o onto the cam mshaft.
Make sure the arrow on the arm m is in the saame
direction wwith that th
he chamberr bar is pushhed out.
C. Fix adjussting arm oonto the camshaft by w washer andd
circlip, keep the axxis clearance of adjuusting arm
m
between 00.5~2mm.
D. Keep the control arm unlocke
ed and can rotate
n the hex bolt by S12 sspanner (byy hand) to
freely. Turn
B. Push out the bushing in the brake floor bby special
tool [12].
C. If there is deformattion or dam
mage on thee
dustcover, remove the bolts and
d take off thhe
dustcover.
