 QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE – ATC (AUTOMATED TICKET CHANGER)

STEPS TO REISSUE TICKET USING ATC

1. Book the new date/class as required.

2. FXQ Creates a Reissue TST for new itinerary and stores the changes in the pnr taking
applicable price/penalty and difference in fare if any
3. TST will be updated for reissue (check the TST if penalty amount and difference in fare is
calculated correctly).
4. Remove old FOP and enter new FOP
(FPO/CASH - Reissue with no ADC) (FPO/CASH+/CASH -Reissue with ADC)
5. Issue the ticket(s) … TTP/P1

1 Book the new date/class as required.

2 FXQ/S4 – Creates a Reissue TST for new itinerary and stores the changes in the
pnr taking applicable price/penalty and difference in fare if any
3 TST will be updated for reissue (check the TST if penalty amount and difference in fare is
calculated correctly).
4 Remove old FOP and enter new FOP
(FPO/CASH - Reissue with no ADC) (FPO/CASH+/CASH -Reissue with ADC)
6. Issue the ticket(s) … TTP/P1
