LETTER OF APPEAL TO REGISTER A TRADE NAME

Dear Atty Mallari,

Good day and greetings of peace.

We would like to appeal to please allow RICE OF THE TITANS to be registered with Securities and
Exchange Commission as Trade Name of ARKI’S RESTO GROUP, INC. We tried to register the
Trade Name via SEC CRS, however, the name appears confusingly similar to the reserved / registered
Companies (MANGIA TUTTO, CORP.). We attached the print – out of Denied Name for your
reference.

We believe that Mangia Tutto is not confusingly similar with the word Titans.

With this we respectfully ask your kind consideration to please allow us to use RICE OF THE
TITANS as our registered Trade Name. We assure it will not jeopardize any other registered
Corporations or Trade Names.
