Coooerative DeveloDrnent Fund (CDF) - Training programmes conducted by

BIRD, Mansaluru - Participation Fees

As you are aware, BIRD has been conducting various training programmes for the benefit of
of6cers of Cooperative Banks and the programmes are sponsored by NABARD out of
Cooperative Development Fund (CDF). It has been decided by NABARD to sponsor the
training programmes to the extent of Bo% of the expenditure and the participating banks
with supervisory rating of "A", "B+" and "B" (as per the latest inspection report ofNABARD)
to bear the cost of balance zo%o. In case of Banks having supervisory rating of "C" andbelow,
the full cost of the programmes would be borne by NABARD. The details of charges for in
house and on location training programmes are detailed below:
