MINUTES FOR FIRST PTA MEETING

Date: June 30, 2018

Proceedings:
1. Meeting was called to order at 8:30 Am by the 10-F adviser and parents who are
present signed in the attendance sheet. Only 23 were present.

3. The adviser reminded the parents of some rules and regulations of the school:
a. Starting July 2, 2018, students should wear their proper uniform from Monday
to Friday.
Boys: Tshirt with logo and slacks
Girls: Blouse/tshirt with logo and maroon skirt
b. Monitoring of attendance is done every subject, everyday. To avoid tardiness,
students should wake up earlier. Cut class is defined as skipping one subject or
more within a day. To avoid such, parents should monitor their children from
time to time and should attend PTA meetings, too.
4. The parents were informed of a Provincial Ordinance about the total ban on the usage
of motorbikes as school service of students.
5. The adviser explained the random drug testing to be done.
6. The adviser was not able to explain well the group insurance but was just introduced
to the parents.
7. Contact numbers of parents were asked so as to properly monitor the performance of
students from time to time.
8. Suggested classroom PTA projects were suggested
9. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.
