ADVERTISING

Stickers and posters. The stickers will be in store in


the the specified cities. They will be bright and
colorful, say “Free Lush Event” with a customized
Snapchat Scan code, you take a picture of it on your
Snapchat and a link will pop up that has a brief
explanation of the event with the EventBrite link. The
code is customized only for the people who scan it,
not sent to all of the followers. If you do not have a
snapchat, you can take a picture of the sticker and it
will have the EventBrite link on the bottom of the
sticker too. There will also be flyers at the Lush
stores in the surrounding areas of the towns we
picked that will give details about the event too. You
can sign up on EventBrite with your email, birthday,
phone number, and name.

 ·   Will you have partners for all activities? If so, what’s in it for them?
Argo Tea for beverages, Spotify with playlist, Edible Arrangements for snacks. These
companies have a chance to make their presence more known that what it already is
and they all serve an appropriate reasoning to be there. Gain more buyers too.

·   What’s in it for the audience?


Free spa experience, self care, getting to know the products in depth, samples for
each mood “goodie bag” with tea samples, three free months of Spotify premium and
coupon for Edible Arrangements. Products outside of the goodie bags will be for sale
as well.

·   How will you get the word out? How will you create buzz?
Send out invites! Have to sign up on a microsite and will get a ticket emailed to them
with a “one time use” code. 150 people MAX RSVP. Instagram: Save the date! Feature
a photo of yourself with a Lush product/favorite beauty routine and tag
Lush/hashtag #lushspa. Top ten Beauty Instagrammers and beauty bloggers to
promote products and invite them to be at the event! Have partnered companies
promote over social media and reach out to their following. Along with flyers in
store, the stickers with the Snapchat codes, and posters.

·   What’s your angle towards influencers and the media?
Send them our event information along with information on how to send them
a box full of samples of the products/snacks/drinks that we will have available
at the event for the clients/influencers to try out, write about and promote.
They will be invited to attend the event as well.

·   Do you have a “hook”? (charity tie-in, celebrity, etc)


Lush charity Pots will be sold at the event to raise money for the WWF because
Lush is strongly against animal cruelty and all of their products are vegan
friendly.

·   What’s your social media plan?


Instagram campaign, Private Facebook event (you get invited when you sign
up), Put content on Twitter and Snapchat. Live stream, photos and recaps of the
events. We will promote our secret stickers that will be around the cities the
pop ups will be in on our social media platforms. This will give everyone a
chance to go out hunting for the secret Snapchat code that's on the sticker that
will lead to the eventbrite page.
