COURSE DESCRIPTION

This module is designed as an introduction for students, who wish to develop their knowledge and skills relating to the building maintenance .
The maintenance module benefits students who have a working knowledge of the subject and wish to broaden their knowledge. Students will
be exposed to ways of detecting and repairing defects in buildings according to specification, similarly they will be able to estimate the costing
and ordering of materials appropriately.
