We'll now put all these details onto our system, which will take up to a week. We're sorry but for the
next 5 days you won't be able to check your Clubcard balance or register for Tesco.com or Tesco Net
internet services online. However you can still use your Clubcard when you shop in store and will
collect points as normal.
Please look out for your permanent Clubcard which should arrive in the post within 3 weeks.

receive these in February, May, August and November.
You'll get a summary of how many Clubcard Points you've collected and where
you've collected them and your Clubcard Vouchers to spend!
