CHAPTER V

CONCLUSION
We have achieved that there are a lot of ways in dealing this
case that can help in accomplishing the best health of the
patient. To purposely provide the most effort I can in
applying the nursing interventions while handling the well-
being of my patient.

We have assessed goals that can give comfort to the patient

in promoting her best health. The objectives of this study
also helped us on prioritizing the goals needed in
implementing her physiological, psychosocial and spiritual
needs. This case also helped us to improve our skills,
knowledge, and attitude as a nursing student. It is also
important that I can integrate and expand the values and
learning I have practiced

RECOMMENDATIONS
This case study helped us to apply to our patient the
best nursing care we can give. So, to ensure the consistency
help her well-being we would like to recommend:

To the patient:

•Patient should be willingly cooperating because is

responsible for the progress of her own health.
•She is also encouraged to verbalize her feelings for more
active communication on her well-being.
•She must understand importance of her medications and
treatments that can aid her health better.

To the patient’s family:

•The patient’s family plays an important role in the patient’s

recovery. The family is the best people to be as a support
system. •The family should make themselves physically present
and show the patient your outmost support because it can help
her cope up with her emotional needs.

To the hospital:

 The patient needs to be isolated so they need to have a room

which we can say that she is really isolated from others.
