SOGTHIG BREATHING SEQUENCE

1st Part

Phase 1.
Change air three times.
Sounding A, refresh Mandarava visualization, with blue A at the heart,
three channels; spread light, all becomes bright sky-blue light.
With that presence, sound A, again; at the end bend down, come up
inhaling through both nose and mouth, press down the upper prana and
hold in a relaxed way.
When you need to release the air, exhale remaining in the same position,
and relax in contemplation gazing in space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth.

Phase 2.
While rising from the last exhalation, inhale through both nose and
mouth, press down the upper prana and hold in a relaxed way.
When you need to release the air, exhale with both nose and mouth
remaining in the same position and relax in contemplation gazing in
space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth

Phase 3: repeat phase 2

2nd Part

Phase 1.
Sound A; bend down, come up inhaling more through the mouth, press
down the upper prana and pull up slightly the lower prana and hold.
When you need to release the air, exhale remaining in the same position
and relax in contemplation gazing in space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth.
Phase 2.
After the last exhalation, come up inhaling more through the mouth,
press down the upper prana and pull up slightly the lower prana and
hold.
When you need to release the air, exhale remaining in the same position
and relax in contemplation gazing in space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth.

Phase 3: repeat phase 2

3rd Part
Phase 1.
Sound A; bend down exhaling; rise up inhaling mostly through the
mouth; press down and pull up slightly stronger and hold. The blue light
absorbs into the blue A at the heart.
When you need to release the air, exhale remaining in the same position
and relax in contemplation gazing in space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth.

Phase 2.
After the last exhalation, while coming up, inhale mostly through the
mouth, press down the upper prana, pull up the lower prana slightly
stronger and hold; light absorbs into the blue A at the heart.
When you need to release the air, exhale remaining in the same
position and relax in contemplation gazing in space.
Change air three times exhaling and inhaling from both nose and mouth.

Phase 3: repeat phase 2 without the last three exhalations.
