Motivation is the drive for one to achieve beyond the expectations they hold for themself and others for soley the sake of achieving. Those who are motivated are not influenced by external rewards which is why such a person is said to be passionate. These people seek out creative challenges, love to learn, and take great pride in a job well-done, all with an undoubtedly large amount of energy.
