1. As per DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 entitled Results-Based Performance Management System
(RPMS) and as output of Division Re-Orientation on Results-Based Performance Management System held
at different venues on May 28-29 and May 30-31, 2019, the Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro calls for
the submission of all School Plan for Professional Development SY 2019-2020,
2. The flowchart below is a guide concerning Professional Development Plan in the Schools Division
of Oriental Mindoro.

‘As shown in the flowchart, all teaching personnel in the Schools Division of Oriental
Mindoro has to present to their respective School Head the Individual Plan for Professional
Development (IPPD) or Individual Development Plan (IDP) for SY 2019-2020 using:
a Part IV Development Needs of their IPCRF SY 2018-2019 submitted in the month of
April 2019; and,
b. Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) results submitted in the month of May 2019.
[All Schools Heads carry out a Schoo! Development Needs Analysis and finalize a School
Plan for Professional Development for SY 2019-2020 using the received copy of their respective
teachers’ IPPD/IDP as reference. The School Heads submit a soft and one printed copy of the
School Development Needs Analysis (SDNA) and School Plan for Professional Development
(SPPD) or School Development Plan (SDP) for SY 2019-2020 to their respective Public Schools
District Supervisor.
All Public Schools District Supervisors accomplish a District Development Needs Analysis
(DDNA) and finalize a District Plan for Professional Development (DPPD) or District
Development Plan (DDP) for SY 2019-2020 with SPPDISDP as reference. They are to submit a
soft and one printed copy of the District Development Needs Analysis as well as the DPPD/DDP
to the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent thru ASDS Cynthia Eleonor G. Manalo.
‘The Schools Division Office formulates and finalizes a Division Plan for Professional
Development or Division Human Resource Development Plan using the DPPD/DDP documents.
This shall be the bases in providing leaning and development and other professional development
opportunities for teaching personnel in the Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro.
Attached herewith are the corresponding templates as guide/reference for the Professional
Development Needs Analysis and Professional Development Plan in the Schools Division of
Oriental Mindoro,

a, June 21, 2019 for Teacher's IPPD/AIDP
b. July 5, 2019 for SDNA and SPPD/SDP
c. July 31, 2019 for DDNA and DPPD/DDP
