- Raw materials: we do appearance check for all the materials like scrap steel, rare metal alloy and coated sand, unqualified the rusting
and those impurities out of our control scope. Then radon picks up materials to make samples for internal inspection by spectrograph
for the chemical composition. We will return all unqualified materials with excessive S or P.

- Pouring: by the latest research results in material formulation and process control. We strictly follow the formulation and smelting the
materials. Inspect the chemical composition by spectrograph before and after the smelting oven. The one molding pouring line make
the internal microstructure more stable rather than the manually pouring like most of manufactures. All the test results were kept in
file for future tracking.

- Quenching and tempering: High frequency quenching and tempering furnace production line, co-designed together with Shanghai
Jiaotong University, was already put into use in Jan 2019 which stands the high level in China. We had 16 years practical experience in
the quenching medium selection to make the quenching degree ( harden-ability ) more stronger, and less deformation. The hardness of
finished products is 49-53HRC, with same level of internal. the impact of high value can reach 18J。

- FQC: After the painting, appearance, hardness, and chemical composition test of each batch is mandatory before products goes to
warehouse. We guarantee 100% finished goods quality inspection before all products goes to end customers.
