Qualitative Interview Guide
Part I: Informed Consent
These questions to be asked are in line with the research study Half of the Whole: Study
on the Lived Experiences of Students from Broken Families which will be conducted
by Marc Mitchelle Bacong, Felix Leo Flores, Nick Vincent Obeña, Ronald Vergara, and
Marifel Jimenez. The main objective of the study is to delineate in first person
perspective in their lived experiences while in a broken family to further understand and
explain the phenomenon. If you agree to be one of our participants, we guarantee that
your identity will be kept confidential and as for your answers and our notes and
observations will be used for the study. Your participation of this study is very much
appreciated.
